About 6,000 sausage pounds are subject to a new reminder.

The sausage is drawn due to a lack of inspection.
The USDA reports that the reminder was launched after its discovery that an ingredient in the chorizo had not been properly inspected.
"The problem has been discovered when the ISPs determined that the company has received the pork trim product from a retail job installation that is not inspected by the federal government and used it in production The Chorizo product ", the notice of reminder states.
