The agency says that the products have been linked to an epidemic of Salmonella.

The coldest corner of your kitchen is a safe way reliably to keep your meat, vegetables or edible fruits longer. But you may want to check what you are looking for in the freezer the next time you are going to prepare a dinner because the American disease and prevention control centers (CDC) warn that a specific product could do you seriously ill. Read on to see what food you should throw right now.

Anyone who has the shrimp products recalled should throw them or send them back for a refund.

The CDC exhorts anyone who has purchased frozen shrimp products to check packaging and product codes against the FDA reminder notice. Anyone who bought the affected items should not eat them and throw the product immediately or return it to the purchase place for a full refund. The agency also warns anyone who can have handled or prepared the products to be washed all the utensils or surfaces that can have touched the remembered products using soapy hot water or a dishwasher.
