Fried rice of the whole breakfast
The eggs and bacon are mixed in a bowl of warm rice of cauliflower and vegetables.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of GHEE
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cabbage head, cadet and grated
1/2 c.

How to do it
- In a large high medium skillet, heat the GHEE until hot but not smoke. Add the onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it is softened. Add the pepper and cook for 2 minutes more, until slightly faded. Add cauliflower, salt and pepper and cook, shake from time to time until it's softened, about 8 minutes.
- Add the bacon and cook for 2 minutes.
- Break the eggs in a small bowl and whisk with a fork. Add the eggs to the pan and make leather, stirring constantly for 2 minutes to allow the eggs to blur.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the aminos of coconut and all that the seasoning of bagel, if you use.
