Ingredients
4 cups thick cream
2 1/2 cup of whole milk
1 1/2 cup of sugar
4 egg yolks plus 1 whole egg
10 ounces pieces of white chopped white or white chocolate
1 1/1 cup of grilled macadamia macadamia cups roughly
1 1/2 Crispy French chopsticks, cut into 3/4 inch cubes (about 14 cups)

How to do it
- Combine cream, milk and sugar in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and bring just boiling. Add white chocolate chips and remove heat. Let yourself be rest for 5 minutes, not disturbed, then whip until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
- Whisk the egg yolks and the egg together in a big bowl. Whisk in 1 cup of mixture with hot cream, then gradually add the remaining cream mixture and the whip to mix. Add macadamia nuts and cubic bread and set aside soaking for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and butter of a large cooking dish.
- Transfer the bread pudding mixture into the prepared cooktop and cook in the center of the oven until bread pudding is inflated, golden brown and centrally located, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and cool briefly before serving with theEnglish vanilla beans cream.

1/4 cup of water
1 1/3 cup of sugar, divided
