Cotta pavilion like a pro

This simple dessert without cooking is easier to do than that of it.


Panna Cotta is one of the easiest cooking desserts we can think. It is a refrigerated dessert like pastry cream, which meets in a mold, and it can last like that in the refrigerator for a few days. The list of ingredients is short and simple, although somewhat indulgent. We used maple syrup instead of regular white sugar, add a little caramel complexity to the softness of our cream.

Do this for a dinner and your guests will be impressed by the presentation alone. You do not need slavery in the kitchen to present a delicate and fancy dessert on your next dinner.

Ingredients

1 unimproved gelatin package (about 1 tablespoon)
3 tablespoons of water
2 cups thick cream
1 cup of half and a half
1 Vanilla bean, split in the direction of length and scraped seeds
1/3 cup pure maple syrup, more to serve
Fresh berries, to serve

How to do it

Cook

In a small bowl, combine the gelatin pack with the water. Let yourself sit for 5 minutes until the gelatin flowers. In the meantime, combining thick cream, half and half, vanilla lug and scraped seeds and maple syrup in a medium pot. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is heated and starts just boiling.

Remove from heat and add flower gelatin. Get out to combine and let stand for 15 minutes, then remove the vanilla lug.

Pour into the mussels

Divide the mixture among the mussels. You can use RameKins, a nonstick-muffin saucepan orSilicone Ice Trays. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or during the night. If you use RameKins or a muffin pan, dive the bottoms into hot water, then make a knife carefully on the edges. Return to drag your panna cotta. If you use silicone ice trays, simply push the Cotta Panna by pressing the flexible background.

Serve as berries

Serve Panna Cotta with fresh berries of your choice and drawn up with maple syrup or honey. Some people like top to have panna cotta with jam and who are we talking to.
