Whole Wheat Pizza with Gruyère, Pancetta and Caramelized Onions

If you want to have a homemade pizza night for dinner but do not feel like settling for boring cheesePizzaMake this tasty whole wheat pizza instead. Surmated with Gruyère's cheese, pancetta and caramelized onions, your taste will sing after a single bite of this wheat pizza masterpiece.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of lukewarm water (105 ° F at 110 ° F)
1 1/2 TSP. active dry yeast
1/2 TSER. sugar
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons. olive oil
3/4 TSP. salt
3 oz. PANCETTA or smoked bacon, diced
4 cups of minced red onions
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar

1 cup of gruyere shredded or Swiss cheese
1 C. Fresh thyme or rosemary leaves
1 C. Fresh chopped chip
Finely grated lemon zest
How to do it
- For pizza pulp, in the bowl of a stand mixer combining water, yeast and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes or until the foam. Add the flours, 1 tablespoon. oil and 1/2 c.
