Ingredients

1/4 cup of coconut yogurt
1/2 frozen banana, trench or 4 frozen cabbage foil
1/2 c. White Chia Seeds
1/4 to 1/2 cup of cashew nuts
1 tablespoon of paleo vanilla or protein nature, optional
1/4 cup of granola paleo

How to do it

  1. In a mixer, combine all the ingredients and mashed up to sweetness (add the 2-cup comprehensive cashew milk if your mixer needs help).
  2. Pour half of the smoothie into a glass. Incorporate 2 tablespoons of Granola, then cover with the remaining smoothie. Top with the remaining granola.
