This recipe of Chile has a surprising ingredient-pumpkin

This autumn recipe combines a full pumpkin box as well as classic chile ingredients such as onion, chopped beef, tomatoes and canned beans. There are all the flavors and seasonings of traditional Chile, as well as the sweet flavor of the pumpkin. And thanks to a few teaspoons of cocoa powder and a box of cubicated green chairs, this chili also rains in the flavors of the Mexican mole sauce. Pumpkin, taupe and spices like Oregano and Cilantro? This is a pepper recipe that everyone is linked to love.
The best part, however, could be that this pumpkin chile only requires about 15 minutes of practical preparation time. After that, you can let Chile simmer on the stove until it reaches this thick and delicious consistency. As cold weather is distinguished, it is a recipe you want to book.

Ingredients
1 lb extra-skinny chopped beef
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of chopped yellow pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups of water
1 15-OZ. can leagon
1 15-OZ. Pinto beans or can not black beans can be added to salt, rinsed and drained
1 14.5-oz can not be added to dice tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 4-oz. can cut green chiles, non-dwelling
1 C. Packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon of Chile powder
2 c. Unsweetened cocoa powder tea
2 TSP Oregano dried, crushed
1/2 c.
SEL 3/4 c.
Free Greek Yogurt without fat
Cilantro chopped fresh and finely chopped onion
How to do it
- In a Dutch oven from 4 to 5 liters, the cooking of beef, onion, pepper and garlic to medium until the beef is brown, stirring occasionally.
- Incorporate water, pumpkin, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, green peppers, brown sugar, chili powder, cocoa powder, oregano, cinnamon and salt. Bring to a boil; lower the temperature. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes or up to the desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Top each serving with yogurt and sprinkle with cilantro and onion.
