You will need
For cookies:
1 egg
2 c. Soup of lemon juice
1/2 cup melted butter (maybe vegetation butter)
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cupPurecane ™ zero-calorie cooking sweetener ™
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tablespoon cooking cooking
1/4 c.
1 cup of chopped fresh strawberries
For icy drizzle:
1/4 cupSweetener of PURECANE confectioners ™
1-2 c. Almond milk tea
How to do it
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line The bottom of a pan with pastry with parchment paper or a silicone cooking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients: egg, lemon juice, melted butter, vanilla and almond milk. Whisk until well combined.
- Once combined, addPurecane ™ zero-calorie cooking sweetener ™, flour, cooking powder and salt and mix with a rubber spatula until a soft paste begins to form. Fold in chopped strawberries and mix until well incorporated.
- Using a cookie or spoon spoon, scoop two spoonfuls and place them directly on the pastry plate.
- Cook for 22 minutes. While cookies cook, make your icing. Combine almond milk andSweetener of PURECANE confectioners ™ Until you reach the desired consistency (plus you add almond milk, plus the icing is liquid). Sprinkle at the top of cookies and enjoy!
