3 whole grain shells dried to 6 oz or rotini pasta
12 oz lean beef
1 small yellow or orange pepper, chopped

1 avocado, half, pitted, peeled and chopped

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
How to do it
- In a 12-inch skillet, cook pasta according to package instructions. drain; put aside. In same skillet, cook the beef, peppers, bell pepper, and onion potablan medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring to break up meat during cooking. Drain fat.
- Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, paprika and cumin to the meat mixture in skillet. Cook and stir until just boiling. Stir in pasta. Heat through.
- To serve, divide the pasta mixture among four plates of service. Top with avocado, cheese, yogurt and cilantro.
