Recipe Burger Beef & Shroom
Change your usual beef burger by adding fungi!
Looking for a way to eat more vegetables but always eat the foods you like, like a juicyBurger? This beef and burger burger recipe has mixed beef together with different types of mushrooms, pulsed with perfection. Secret ingredients? Add to a small Worcestershire sauce and hot buffalo sauce for a tasty and spicy kick to your usual hamburger! Top with Grilled Vidalia onions and blue Buffalo cheese and any other vegetable fee you want.

You will need
4 oz. Shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, chopped roughly
4 oz. Crinked buttons or mushrooms, removed rods, grossly chopped
1 large garlic clove
1 lb chopped beef, (mixture 85/15)
2 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
Basher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 medium onion vidalia, cut into tricks
1 oz blue cheese, such as Roquefort or Danish blue, crumbled
¼ mug of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of hot buffalo sauce, such as Franks Red Hot, more to serve
1 bifteck tomato, round cut
Roquette, to serve
Ketchup, to serve

How to do it
- Place the mushrooms and garlic in a culinary robot and pulse to finely minced. Blow any excess moisture from the mixture and place them in a bowl with the chopped beef. Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Train the meat and mixture of fungi in 4 pairs. Heat a drizzle of oil in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Cook the cakes until golden brown at the bottom, 5-6 minutes. Return and cook until a slight firm, 3-4 minutes more for looks more and until the internal temperature reaches at least 160 F.
- Brush the grilles grilles slightly with vegetable oil. Grill the cakes on half of the grill until marked on the bottom, 5 to 6 minutes. Return and cook until marked and slightly firm, 3 to 4 minutes more for average halls or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160 F.
- Wipe the pan and heat another oil drizzle on a high average heat. Add the onions and cook to Golden Brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. If you grill, slightly brush the onion slices with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on the opposite side of the grill and grill to the golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, make the blue buffalo cheese sauce: in a medicohisk bowl set of blue cheese, mayonnaise and hot sauce until well combined. If you like spicy things, use more hot sauce as desired.
- Slice and grill the rolls. Ketchup brush inside small breads. Top with a slice of tomato, a hamburger, grilled onions and a large blue cheese tank. Top with rocket. To serve!
