Grilled corn with coconut curry butter

You will need
4 corn ears, wooded
2 tablespoons of coconut oil, divided
2 c.
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 TSP Honey
½ lime juice
Salt pepper
Grilled coconut
Chopped cilantro
Lime quarters
How to do it
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Brush corn with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and season with salt.
- Grilling, corn rotating from time to time until corn is slightly carbonized on all sides, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- If you prefer, you can wrap the sheet and grill, if you are using aluminum foil, you may need to increase the 5 minute grill time.
- In a small saucepan, heat of 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the curry powder and leather, stirring from time to time to snack and fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add honey and lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer corn to a service tray and sprinkle uniformly with a grilled coconut and a chopped coriander.
- Serve with lime quarters on the side.
