Worst: Salami & Provolone
Whenever you put together a lot of cheese and meat turned on thick bread, you can be sure it's not good for your health.Sodium is well aboveRecommended levelsAnd Davis says, "Excess sodium is linked to hypertension and increased risk of developing heart disease."

Best: Mini Chicken and Cheddar
The mini-chicken and the cheddar sandwich offers a lower decent portion in saturated and sodium fat than many other menu items. Davis also loves that this grilled chicken is a good source of lean protein.

Worst: big buffalo chicken
The big sandwiches of Togo are served in pretty massive portions, much more adapted to eat in half and save the other half for later or divide it with a friend. The surplus in sodium and saturated grease in a single meal "is guaranteed to feel heavy," says Davis.
Turkey
Best: Turkey and Cranberry
Like grilled chicken, Turkey is another big source of lean protein. This Sandwich of Turkey and Cranberry offers theDelicious Thanksgiving flavors all year roundAnd as Davis says, "This sandwich isfiber top, which is associated with better health outcomes. "
In fact, the fiber will keep your movements of the regular intestine, lower levels of lower LDL cholesterol and will help you control yourblood glucose.
Worst: Turkey, Salami & Cheddar
Although Turkey offers a good source of meager protein, this sandwich is packed with sodium and saturated grease. Davis warns that the amount of cholesterol in this meal is alsohalf of what is recommended per day; It is almost the same amount of cholesterol you would find in 14 mozzarella fries sticks. No thanks!
Pastrami and roast beef
Best: Mini Roast Beef
"If you want to go for a roast beef sandwich, target the mini-size," Davis says. It is lower in calories, greases and sodium, and "it's always an excellent source of protein and will leave you satisfied."
Worst: big triple triple
A high stacked sandwich with transformed meats is clearly not optimal for health, which is even more true when the game is super dimensioned.
"This sandwich far exceeds cholesterol and sodium recommendations," says Davis. "It also has 1,810 calories in a quite food for a whole day for some people. With 149 grams of protein, it's also a lot more than most people need."
In fact, most people need about 50 to 60 grams ofProtein every dayAnd this sandwich blows water.Too many proteins Can increase the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease and lead to high cholesterol and kidney disease or kidney calculations.
Veggie Sandwiches
Best: Mini Cali Veggie
A legifer sandwich can be a healthier option thanks to all the vitamins and minerals provided by fresh products. Davis loves the best cali veggie mini-size sandwich because it is "a good protein loader based on fiber and plants." Its low levels of sodium, cholesterol and saturated grease also lead to Davis to classify it as a healthy meal for the heart.
Worst: big cheese
This sandwich "veggie" is heavy on cheese and seriously discourages what makes veggie options so attractive: vegetables. If you are looking for a healthy option, that's not that.
"Of all vegetable sandwiches, it has the lowest fiber content and is rich in sodium," Davis said. "Opt for a legifer sandwich charged with vegetables to fully enjoy a meal without meat."
Wrapping
Best: Wrap of the farmers market
In addition to its popular sandwiches, Togo offers many tasty funnels. The farmer's wrap is a solid choice if you want a nutritional meal thanks to its light fresh vegetables.
"This envelope is an excellent source of fiber and herbal proteins," says Davis. "With small fat and saturated sugar, it's a decent way to get nutrients and feel turned on." Davis recommends jumping the vinaigrette to reduce the amount of fat saturated in this meal, however.
Worst: Chicken Envelope at Bacon Ranch
Although the envelopes tend to be rented as healthy meal options, the chicken envelope at Bacon Ranch has a lot of saturated fat and sodium, and Davis emphasizes that the fiber was seriously lacked.
Salads
Best: Chicken Caesar
With a full size Caesar salad, guests can enjoy a healthy meal loaded with lean protein and filling.
"Get the bandage on the side and use less things to make this salad even healthier," says Davis.
Worst: Asian chicken
The garnishes are the fastest way to take a healthy salad to the person and the Asian chicken salad is stacked with strips of Wonton, seasoned chicken and a sugar-loaded vinaigrette. This salad actually has the same amount of sugar you will find in two krispy kreme donuts!
