So, basically, the menus will be more limited and all the options you are used to see will be offered. Having more than the most popular menus items are on-site and stored are the most meaningful, because most of the restaurants are coming back in business, they are all working with limited staff.

"It is led by what has always been on demand. I hope we are still able to fully serve our guests and make them happy but to do it much more efficiently," added pertchik.

Currently, more and more dining rooms in many states have reopened, but they are limited, with truck stop restaurants operating specifically at 25% to 50% occupancy. Social distancing is also a factor because the tables are six feet away and guests are sitting at all other stands where are available.
