Ipsos has published these data in theirHealth and Consumer Safety Index as a way to iron how retailers (includingRestaurants of the popular channel) do during the pandemic. On all restaurants rated by Ipsos,Chipotle ended up ranking the highest in the QSR category in terms of security. In order to evaluate this, the mysterious buyers specifically sought ways to stay clean and safe, and how customers can continue the cleanliness of the restaurant. After visiting several locations, Ipsos reported 90% and 83% of employees regularly bore masks and gloves. 49% of the places had a hand disinfectant ready to be an entrance and a height of 82% had a disinfectant of hands available in the toilet, which is huge compared to the average industry of 24% for the moment. So, if you want a bowl of Burrito, a trip to Chipotle is probably the smartest movement.

AlthoughMcDonalds At a multitude of locations around the world, Ipsos determined this popular fast food chain to be the second safest and purest retailer for their QSR category restaurants. Ipsos reported that 95% of McDonald's locations use in plexiglass at the cash register to keep employees safely and different channels created in the store to lead the traffic flow. 87% of the locations included luminaires activated by movement or contactless in the bathrooms.

According to mystery buyers, 93% of Starbucks locations had employees with masks and 83% of the locations offered contactless payment options for clients.
