Fast food chain at the west coastJack in the box teased aggressive growth for investors this week on hisFourth quarter gains call. The company stated that it could add up to 1,100 locations on existing markets after having recorded a two-digit increase in sales of the same store and resolved aLongtime legal conference with franchisees.

Jack in the box currently has a footprint of more than 2,200 sites scattered on 21 states, and the chain hopes to develop its presence in these markets even more. CEO recently named Darin Harris told investors that the path is now clear for the brand to add more franchises - something he did not do in a decade. "We have a lot of opportunities in our existing markets across the country," said Harris onthe call. "If you think about it, if we focus on our existing markets, we can put 950 to 1,100 locations in our existing footprint."

The chain hopes to develop by emphasizing its efforts not only to recruit new franchisees, but also to support those existing, including helping them secure capital. Under new leadership, the company also finally settled prolonged action with franchisees on remodeling requirements and marketing funds. "It erases the path of our existing franchisees to grow and expressed the desire to grow," added Harris. "In some of the recent surveys we have finished, two-thirds of them raised their hands."

The company also recorded a 12.2% growth system for fourth in the fourth quarter, marking the best sellers in 26 years in Jack in the box.
