Starbucks Honey Brew Cold with almond milk
One of Starbucks's most recent drinks is cold bar of honey almond milk. The drink is relatively healthier compared to some of the other Starbucks drinks, such as milk pistachio. "With only 50 calories, it's a great option for those who want Starbucks treatment without all calories," says Cooper. "There are 10 grams of sugar added in this drink, which probably comes from honey."

Starbucks Kale and Portabella under vacuum egg cocks
Vacuum egg bites are a hot and easy breakfast with your morning coffee from Starbucks. The new egg bites of Kale and Portabella get the cachet of Cooper's approval. "These vegetarian-friendly egg bites are perfect for a breakfast at GO. They have a relatively high amount of fat. So I would not recommend doing a daily breakfast point," she says.
Dunkin 'Southwest Veggie Power Breakfast Sandwich
A new Dunkin 'option is the southwest sandwich Veggie Power Sandwich, which is completely herbal. The high protein content in the sandwich will help you stay further longer in the morning. "The sandwich has some sodium but still less than the meat option," says Cooper.
Chipotle Cilantro-Lime Rice Chou-flower
You have just had a new option to make your chipotle bowl capable with the addition of cilantro-lime cabbage rice as a base. The "rice" can integrate with any lifestyle of the keto, all of the 30, vegetality or vegetarian. "The great thing about cabbage rice is that it adds bulk to your meal without adding ton of calories. I will say that it has a slightly high amount of sodium, however, it remains less than the alternative White / brown rice, "Cooper said. Guac is always extra, though.
Taco Bell charged Nacho Taco
Taco Bell has many new menu items, and the one that makes the cut is the new taco nacho loaded. "Taco has some fiber of lettuce, a large amount of protein and minimal sugar, which gives it an A-, says Jensema. To make the food in better health, it suggests asking half of the part of the meat or cheese on the Taco.

Dairy Queen Rotisserie Chicken Cocks
While we usually only go to the Dairy Queen for the nostalgic soft service, sometimes, chicken nuggets are good. The new roaty style chicken sting of the Dairy Queen are on the healthier side, according to Jensema. "It contains 43 grams of protein, minimal sugar and is still lower than the recommended daily consumption of saturated fat," she says of this meal. For a healthier meal, exchange the Texas toast for a side salad or jump the side of the Ranch vinaigrette.
KFC Chicken Sandwich
Another entry into the chicken sandwich wars is the new and enhanced KFC chicken sandwich. Although the sandwich has a high sodium content, Jensema notes that the only negative point. "It has a lower saturated fat content compared to many fast restoration options, is low in sugar and has a large amount of protein," she says. To make the lighter sandwich, eat only half of the bun and do not ask mayo.
ZAXBY'S GENERAL TSO SOSSELESS WINGS Meal
A new Zaxby meal comes out this month is the General Meal Tso Posseless Wings. Jensese says this new menu item is on the healthier side because of the amount of food provided, as long as the beverage you choose is adapted to diets. "Although it has a day of saturated fat and sodium, its high protein and lower sugar content allows the meal to be added to the healthy option list," says Jensema. To make the meal healthier, it suggests exchanging the toast of Texas for a side salad.
