Valentine's Day is almost here and you go out in your favorite restaurant or you take away, dessert sharing is a romantic way to end your meal. Although we are all to indulge in delicious chocolate and sweets with your darling, you will find some favorites of restaurants in the chain that might not make you feel so that the evening unfolds - not to mention the next morning.

These desserts are packed with calories, sugar, grease and sodium, most of which are dangerous for your health if you consume them regularly.

Kelly Schmidt, Rd, LDN, theDiabetic dieticia, wants you to know that it is acceptable to indulge. However, she warns: "These options look delicious, but will they leave someone who feels well after? Leave Valentine's Day at a good conversation, good flavor, atmosphere and love."
