1,330 calories, 96 g of fat (40 g saturated grease, 3 g of trans grease), 4,110 mg of sodium, 29 g of carbohydrates (2 g of fiber, 6 g sugar), 83 g protein

"The triple Lockhart Link Burger has more than half of your daily calorie needs, almost twice the recommended daily sodium boundary and 40 grams of saturated fat - the same amount as two cheese orders at bacon," says McGrane.

For the few places that make this triple-decker shudder, you may want to consider splitting this hamburger with a friend or maybe simply jumping by ordering that together. This hamburger is loaded in saturated fats, because not only does it include three beef cakes and some slices of cheese, but there is also a jalapeño smoke-generous cheese sausage between this buttered bun too. If you have to order this hamburger, opt for the Burger Single Patty Lockhart Burger for 810 calories and 24 grams of saturated fat.

"Your best bet is the unique hamburger because it is one of the lowest calories, saturated fat and sodium, while being rich in filling proteins," says McGrane.

The Single Shackburger actually has about the maximum amount ofprotein that you are supposed to eat in a meal at 29 grams. It is always relatively high in saturated grams with 14 grams considering that you should limit consumption to22 grams a day.

590 calories, 36 g of grease (10 g saturated grease, 0 g of trans grease), 1,170 mg of sodium, 34 g of carbohydrates (0 g of fiber, 6 g sugar), 33 g of protein

Of the four chicken options you can choose from Shake Shack, the Chick'n Shack sandwich is the least healthy group of the group because of its saturated fat and sodium content.

"It contains half of your daily sodium needs, and it is before adding on one side French fries," McGrane said.

If you add one side of the regular fries to go next to this sandwich, you spend another 740 milligrams of sodium. The recommended daily sodium allocation is 2,300 milligrams so that this meal combination would simply put you under it at 1,910 milligrams.
