How the stress of your partner affects your weight

You probably already know that shooting your hair can hurt your progress in weight loss, but did you know that this could also cause your significant insertion to pack on books?

It seems totally crazy, we know, but it's true. To achieve this discovery, researchers at the University of Michigan had more than 2,000 married people completed issues on waist circumference, marriage quality and stress levels over four years. After sorting the data, they discovered that 70% of women had a higher risk of weight gain and disease if their partner was chronically stressed. The circumference of the size of men also swelled when their women felt tense, anxious or preoccupied, but to a lesser extent. Only 66% of the husbands of the study were affected. And we are not just talking about some extra pounds here, people. About nine percent of the participants showed a 10% increase in the waist circumference during the study, which represents an average of a four-inch addition ofstomach fat. Yikes!

What's new with divergence? The husbands generally report higher matrimonial quality, then when stress hits, it is probably less taxable emotionally, explains the main author of the Kira Birdit study. Although the study focused on 50-year-old couples for about 34 years, younger couples are probably also affected, but to a lesser extent because they are generally healthier.
