Breakfast burrito made from cereal grains

"Meat" based on plants and a tortilla wrapper without grain make this perfect burrito for a morning meal.


There's nothing like a hearty burrito breakfast when you need comforting food in the morning, either a hard night or if you need a boost of extra energy of a hearty breakfast. To give it an extra nutritional punch, we have developed thisplants Burrito that does not bring a ton of fat and sodium. This version of Burrito Cleanser uses a mixture of fake meat plant based on the ground instead of real meat, black beans, eggs and cassava flour tortilla.

For prepare ahead (and if you are a household of 1 or 2 people), wrap each burrito in foil and freeze in a single layer, then seal it in an airtight container. To heat, remove the sheet, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until thoroughly heated.

Ingredients

1 C. At canola oil tea
1/2 white onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 Mixture seasoning mix hot packet (ormake your own seasoning)
A container 12 ozGrounds herbal LightLife
Cooking spray
3 large eggs
A black beans 15 1/2-oz can drained and rinsed
6 SIETE Cassava flour envelope
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Hot sauce
Cilantro

How to do it

  1. In a medium skillet, chaleurez canola oil and jumps onion and pepper over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally, cook for about 3 minutes until the onions are translucent and pepper is soft. Add taco seasoning and stir. Add soil to light in a pan and use a spoon to press a single layer, cut into small pieces. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until completely browned.
  2. In a separate small saucepan over medium heat, pan with cooking spray, add the eggs and whip in a quarrel. Remove from heat.
  3. The Cassava heat envelope seconds on the hob. To assemble the burrito, the ground layer of the light flash, scrambled eggs, black beans and cheese. Top with sauce hot and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately or wrap and freeze later.
