Best Hamburgers for Weight Loss
Some things simply do not seem to belong together. Black and marine blue. Cowboy fans and Steelers fans. Taylor Swift and, Well, most people to whom she is dated.
Unfortunately, two of America's biggest hobby, eating hamburgers and monitoring our weight, have long been on the same collision course. Until now.
When I built my newWeight loss plan Zero Yellow Diet, available now, I knew that the only way to get people really excited about the commitment was to give them a selection of the food they loved. And that meant hamburgers. But of course, any beef chain's restaurant or beef cheese chain will not do it. At Ruby Tuesday, for example, you will not find a single hamburger for less than 1,200 calories - almost as much as you eat in a day of stones on zero belly!
So I created the zero matrix of the belly burger, a method to which you could eat hamburgers as often as you want and always lose weight. My secret plan worked:
"We loved the hamburgers!", Says one of our test prepats, Kyle Cambridge, 28, who lost 15 pounds in 14 days. "My wife and I decided to add a salad to each meal; the books started to melt!"
So, how do you know if the hamburger on your plate is the one you should trust?
Simply remember three key questions zero of the belly:
Where is my protein?
This is easy, of course: all hamburgers are packaged proteins.
Where is my fiber?
Typical hamburger breads do not offer much, nor the slice of tomato fade or lettuce that comes on top. For a maximum zero belly service, choose a high fiber and gluten-free bread made from healthy grains such as brown rice, millet or buckwheat. (I like the CANYON GF and the food for the marks of life.)
Where is my healthy fat?
When you replace in grass-based beef, you get almost as much big omega-3 fighter as you do some fish. (You are what you eat, as well as your cow.) That's why beef nourished with grass and fish do great hamburger options.
Here's how to use the matrix to create the zero Belly Burger of your dreams:

The zero-belly test panel of 500 men and women who lost up to 16 pounds in only the first two weeks-test-test-pushed a lot of recipes for me. Here is a recipe Burger they really liked:
Turkey burger, in the grass
Serves 4
1.5 lean book 94% -99% of Turkey on the ground
1/2 red pepper, seeding and finely chopped
1 rink, white part only, minced
Olive oil 1.5 ts

½ lawyer
Mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper
Combine Turkey, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add pepper, thyme, sparklers and oil and mix well. Train in 8 cakes. Relax until ready to use.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook hamburgers, turning once, until it's no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Serve on crisp Roman lettuce leaves instead of rolls with mustard (optional) and sliced lawyer.
