Simply Protein Banana Butterscotch
Nutrition: 130 calories, 2.5 g of grease, 2 g of sugar, 15 g protein
Natural Ingredients: Cashew butter, banana
Non-natural ingredients: Vegetal glycerine
Despite being made from delicious and healthy ingredients like the banana and cashew butter (one of theBest walnut butter for weight loss), this snack turned out difficult to swallow for the majority of panelists. The comments on the taste went from "Bland and not memorable" to "remember raw coffee". Although a person assured us that the bar has a appetizing flavor similar to that of "maple syrup pancakes", it was not enough to increase the overall average.
Simply of protein lemon coconut
Nutrition: 150 calories, 5 g of grease, 1 g of sugar, 15 g protein
Natural Ingredients: Cashew butter
Non-natural ingredients: Glycerin of vegetables, soy protein isolate
Another low low protein bar. The crispy rice concoction is bound by the cashew butter and vegetable glycerin (a type of vegetable oil) that made testers wrapping their nose in disgust. "Tastes like dishwashing soap," said a panelist, while another said he "tastes like a bad cookie cookie".
BAR Quest PB & J
Nutrition: 200 calories, 10 g of grease, 2 g of sugar, 20 g protein
Natural Ingredients: Peanuts, almonds
Non-natural ingredients: Erythritol, palm oil, sucralose, Steviol glycosides (stevia)
The honorable senator of nutrition bars: the testers described his taste as "old" "artificial" and "Bland". As for the texture, the panelists complained that it was far away "too chewy". What is worse, it is filled with sugar alcohols irritating stomach and palm oil, saturated grease that has been linked to abdominal fat. Our tip: Leave it on the nutrition store shelf and make yourself a real PB & J if that's what you want - simply make sure to build it on one of theBest branded breads for weight loss.
Berry Bliss mixed quest bar

Like Donald's hair, our testers found it "strange" and "artificial" and said that the flavor reminded "cough medicine". If that was not enough, the panelists described the texture similar to that of "Play-Doh Sec". Better bet: stick toThe 50 most amazing snacks for weight loss!
Health Warrior Apple Cinnamon

Natural Ingredients: White Chia Seeds, organic cashew nut butter, gluten-free oat, dried apples, organic brown rice, almonds, apple powder, ground cinnamon

No, we arrive at the right things! Even though Warrior health uses a host of whole food ingredients such as ground cinnamon (one of theHealthiest spices on the planet), apples and seeds of Chia rich in omega-3 in their recipe, the panelists were split on the texture and flavor. "Taste like a Wannabe Christmas fruit cake. I do not dig the greedy texture," said one. "The chia seeds create a unique texture and apple flavor quite soft-sufficient creates something that deserves to be biting to bite," expressed another. Split reviews explain why it was just the first three.
MET-RX Big 100 Colossal: Crispy Apple Pie
Nutrition: 400 calories, 10 g of grease, 29 g sugar, 31 g protein
Natural Ingredients: Almond butter, peanut flour, wheat germ, white dried egg, natural apple flavor, dried apples, ground cinnamon, sugar
Non-natural ingredients: Palm core oil, crystalline fructose, zinc oxide, glucose syrup, glycerol, palm grease, maltitol syrup, palm oil, glycerol
Everything but a tester agreed that this bar is undeniably delicious. A critic said that the crunchy cereal looks like a bar tastes like a "apple pie surmounted by cinnamon" which "does not leave a aftertaste, like most other bars". But although it can taste like the famous grandmother's pie, Metrx uses alcohols of sugar and fructose (type of sugar associated with the development of belly fat) to make it so nice. They also turn off the bar with glycerol, a fluently used tasting liquid used in explosives and antifreeze. In addition, at 400 calories a pop, this can not be considered a health food - it's a candy bar on steroids. Discover our list go-to theBest nutrition bars for weight loss For some healthier options.
Special K protein strawberry
Nutrition: 170 calories, 5 g of grease, 15 g sugar, 10 g protein
Natural Ingredients: Peanut and almond flour, crude milk in culture, cranberries, natural strawberry flavors, whole grain wheat, wheat bran
Non-natural ingredients: Sugar, palm oil, corn syrup, fructose, dextrose, glycerin, sorbitol, zinc oxide, color added not specified
With 15 grams of sugar, the K's special bar has more sweet things we would like to see, but it did not prevent our panelists from swelling and ask more. "It tastes like strawberry shortcake," said a person, "I buy absolutely this depending on the flavor alone. It can not be good for you, it's too delicious," said another. Unfortunately, this last tester is on site - especially if the maintenance of a flat belly is your goal. The corn syrup, fructose and dextrose are all types of sugar and the sorbitol content can lead to bloating. Moreover, there are no real strawberries in this product. Think about this as an alternative of dessert once in a little bit and associate it with one of theseHunger teas of Quell.
Nice more pecan blueberry
