Canned vegetables
Donate: Low sodium vegetables
Not that!: Salt vegetables added
Fruit
Donate: Canned fruits (in natural juice)
Not that!: Canned fruits (in syrup)
Snacks
Donate: Granola bars with low sugar (less than 10 grams added sugar / bar), mixture of trails (no salt or added sugar), air popcorn broke (no butter added or grease)
Not that!: Cookies, fruit snacks, chips
Soupe
Donate: Canning soup with low sodium (less than 600 mg / serving)
Not that!: Conventional soup
Hot drinks
Donate: Green tea
