A recipe of cheesteak mushroom mouth with ears

You do not need to be a vegetarian to indulge happy at this sandwich!

You will need

1 tablespoon of canola or olive oil
2 large mushrooms of Portobello, rods and gills removed, slices
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon of low soy soybeans
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Black salt and pepper
4 tranches of Provolone
4 soft wheat hoagie rolls, split and grilled

How to do it

  1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a large bar of jumping over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the slices of Portobello and leather, stirring from time to time for about 5 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Transfer to a plate. Heat the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil in the same stove.
  4. Add the onion and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until it's softened and starts bunning.
  5. Replace the mushrooms into the pan and stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire.
  6. Cook for 2 additional minutes until vegetables absorbed most of the liquid.
  7. Remove heat and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Divide the vegetables into four batteries in the pan and up each with a slice of cheese (residual heat will help melt).
  9. Once the cheese started melting, putting the vegetable batteries in the rollers.
