A recipe of cheesteak mushroom mouth with ears
You do not need to be a vegetarian to indulge happy at this sandwich!

Serve 4
You will need
1 tablespoon of canola or olive oil
2 large mushrooms of Portobello, rods and gills removed, slices
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon of low soy soybeans
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Black salt and pepper
4 tranches of Provolone
4 soft wheat hoagie rolls, split and grilled
How to do it
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a large bar of jumping over medium-high heat.
- Add the slices of Portobello and leather, stirring from time to time for about 5 minutes until caramelized.
- Transfer to a plate. Heat the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil in the same stove.
- Add the onion and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until it's softened and starts bunning.
- Replace the mushrooms into the pan and stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire.
- Cook for 2 additional minutes until vegetables absorbed most of the liquid.
- Remove heat and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the vegetables into four batteries in the pan and up each with a slice of cheese (residual heat will help melt).
- Once the cheese started melting, putting the vegetable batteries in the rollers.
