Ingredients
6 tablespoons of chia seeds (we usedNavitas Organics)
2 tablespoonsPowder sweetener of lakanto
1 CSOUSE CURCUMA OF EARTH
1/2 c. Cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ginger
1/4 c ground cardamom.
1/4 c. TSP Fine Sea Salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
1,13.5-oz can full coconut milk (we recommendIndigenous forest)
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
How to do it
- Place the chia seeds in a large bowl. Whisk in sweetening, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom (if you use), salt and pepper until well combined. Whisk coconut milk and vanilla, taking care to get all the pieces of coconut cream.
- Divide between 4 bowls, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until night to lie down. (Check bowls after 30 minutes; if the seeds upset, share redistribute them.)
