This popular frozen cuisine sold at the national level is recalled
A new Salmonella epidemic affects the alley of frozen seafood.
If your freezer stores frozen shrimp purchased in recent months, take note. After recent reports ofSalmonella andListeria outbreaks between various food products, another case ofReminder of food because of Salmonella has been reported by the FDA.
The bacteria were found on different sizes ofCooked shrimp, peeled and thawed sold in the United States by Kader's exports.
Shrimps were sold under several branded-Aqua Reserve, Central, Central, Kirkland, Tops, Unistar, Farms Wellsley-en 1lb, 1.5 lb. And 2lb. Bags between February and mid-May of this year.
Fortunately, this contamination has not reported any cases of illness. The company recalls these products with abundance of caution.

According to the FDA, Salmonella is a bacterium that can cause severe and sometimes fatal infection, especially among young children, fragile people or the elderly, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy people have been infected with fever, diarrhea (which can be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. More serious complications are generally rare.
