5 frozen family dinners, you can feel good to eat

There is something retro distinctly on frozen dinners. It is prudent to say that every child who grew up in the 60s and 70s with parents who were not dirty who remembered me eating a Swanson dinner at some point in childhood.

And while modern families still land the freedom alley, many frozen entrepreneurs today are loaded with salt levels, trans fat (never a good thing) and many non-brothers, such as propylene glycol-a solvent found in the antifreeze - which boil our blood here atEat this, not that!.

But let's face it, there are harried nights when you want to serve a frozen dinner or send children to the hungry bed. And because we do not want to call childhood services, here's what you need to search for, plus 5 family-sized entries, you can feel good about serving, even if you are rich dirt.

THE RULES:

- Check that a sodium number of less than 700 mg per serving.

- Look for at least 2 grams of fiber per serving for a meal that will hold everyone until the next bell of dinner.

- Increase the vitamin content and filling plates with one side of frozen vegetables.

- If "partially hydrogenated", everything appears on the list of ingredients, leave the box on the shelf.

- Stay hydrated. There are chances that you will serve more salt than usual, so keep a large pitcher of water on the table.
