1 box of box cake (lemon or chocolate)
1 8 oz. Cool whip container

You want to know why this recipe is so special? Because you can use any box of box cake you like! For this recipe, I made two different types of cookies and chocolate. However, you can follow the same recipe with any other mixing of flavor. The possibilities are practically infinite!
Mix together the first three ingredients
Mix together these three ingredients together in a large bowl with a spatula. It can take a little time and yes, things will become a little messy. But if you want fluffy cookies, I suggest mixing slowly. You can also mix the ingredients in an electric mixer - make sure it's on a low setting.
Drop of spoonfuls in powdered sugar
Remove small spoonfuls from the cookie mixture in a bowl of powdered sugar. Make sure they are small! These cookies grow a little, so if they are too big, you will find yourself with a big biscuit that expands the full width of the Pan sheet.
If you have time, I sometimes find it useful to cool the dough for 30 minutes before doing this step. In this way, I can easily scoop to smaller portions and there is a less sticker cake mixture on my hands.
When cookies are prepared, cook at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Full cake cookies recipe
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the cake mix of your choice, an egg and an 8 oz. Cool whip container in a large bowl.
- If you have time, cool the dough into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to facilitate handling later.
- Put small spoonfuls of dough in a bowl of powdered sugar, then place the cake pulp balls on a sheet sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook cookies for 10 to 12 minutes. Let them cool a little before removing from the pan.
