The FDA is after frito-laic for violation
The flea mark issued five reminders in five years.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sent a warning letter toFrito-layCEO after the Federal Agency has inspected two of the company's facilities in September after five Class I classesreminder in the last five years.
Frito Lay announced two reminders alone at the end of August: one for an undeclared milk allergen after the bad seasoning, flavored potato fries on the barbecue of Lay, and another after flying apples from Original land misunderstood from cheddar potato and sour cream.
Following reminders, the FDA inspected two separate facilities in Bakersfield, California and Vancouver, WASH. The Agency "found serious violations of the good manufacturing practice, risk analysis and risk-based preventive controls for the regulation of human foods,"According to the letter.

In the letter, Edmundo Garcia Jr., director of the Dallas District of the FDA, addressed the internal response of Frito-Laïc to reminders and inspections. Garcia described specific corrective actions that the flea mark must take - and what would happen if the problems are not resolved.
"You have not identified and implement preventive checks to ensure that any danger requires preventive control will be significantly minimized or prevented," the letter reads before diving further into specific problems. "You must take quick action to correct the violations noted in this letter ... We will verify the implementation of all corrective actions at the next inspection of your FDA installation."
