Ingredients

1 10-inch tortilla
1/4 cup of chicken breast, minced
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 red pepper, cut in matches
1/4 pepper, cut into matchstick
2 c. Taco cheese soup shredded
1 soup spoon of salsa
Olive Oil Suction Cup

How to do it

  1. Cut a straight line from the center of your tortilla at the end. Turn the tortilla so the cup is on the lower half of the tortilla.
  2. Place the chicken on part of the tortilla, followed by black beans on another.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese on the next section with peppers. This gives peppers something to stick, once the cheese melts on the stove.
  4. In the last section of Tortilla, broadcast your salsa, it will act as a workbook for all tortilla.
  5. Fold the chicken section on the black beans. Then bend once again on the cheese and the peppers, then finally on the salsa.
  6. Once all folded together, place it on an anti-adhesive pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
