1,390 calories, 75 g of grease (36 g saturated grease, 2 g of trans grease), 4,740 mg of sodium, 115 g of carbohydrates (26 g of fibers, 18 g of sugar), 41 g protein

When you look at this plate of Nachos, it is difficult to gawk and think "OMG". Crispy tortilla chips are covered with two types of cheese, chili chili, chile, guacamole, tomatoes, red onion, salsa and sour cream.

McGrane advises the direction of this red Robin menu item due to its monstrous size and high fat and sodium content. "Nacho.m.g has the most saturated fat of the aperitif-three times the amount in the onion rings - and more than twice your daily sodium needs."

The majority of fats in this aperitif comes from the guacamole, because the only other ingredients at the top of this tortilla chip plate are vegetables.

"Unless you are open to sharing the wedge salad with the table, your best bet is salsa, guac and chips," says McGrane. "This is relatively low in saturated fat and fiber [with] an impressive 21 grams. Plus, the lawyer provides healthy monounsaturated fatty acids."

One of the latest additions to the Robin red menu is the Rambler Red-Eye. Is it just us or this burger seems more terrifying than appetizing? Complete with a galette rubbed in brunette sugar, black pepper and coffee (Um, what?), Gooey Meunster cheese, confit bacon and egg, it's hard to believe that this massive burger does not have any support from larger protein and sugar. Nevertheless, McGrane says this hamburger contains as much sugar as a child's size soda.
