Order a "Sub on a salad" meat ball and the counter worker will give you fresh meatballs with a lateral salad of your choice. We built a salad with spinach, cucumber and tomatoes and bought a balsamic publiix lite vinaigrette to dress up on the side. If you want more meatballs, say to the clerk you want a "in total" instead of one half to have six meatballs instead of three.

Slash the calories coming from your usual sandwich bun and order your lunch on a flat bread instead! For this sandwich, we ordered Publix Greenwise Turkey (a natural cold cut) with some generous slices of cheese. "Cheese makes flavors in this pop Sammy," says Paul.

Appointment in the cold and prepared food section of the Publix Deli and you will find a plethora of pre-manufactured salads. "When choosing a salad at the Deli, I am looking for a less transformed meat option," says Paul. "So, Turkey (against ham) is a good choice here." Publix Deli salads are big enough. So you can always cut calories by eating half for lunch and saving the other half for later or lunch tomorrow!

Need something low carbs that you can grab quickly from the Publix Deli? "Take a baby carrot bag from the VEGGIE section and tuna (or chicken salad) [like] an easy meal, filling, low in carbohydrates!" If you are a vegetarian, the artichoke and spinach dip is a bignoisy alternative.

Bonus: Roll-ups of cold simplicity

While we love a good Deli sandwich, eat a lot ofTransformed cold cuts Is not exactly the healthiest option every day. Fortunately, Publix sells cold cuts of the simplicity of the head of wild boar - a line of entirely natural meat and cheeses.

"I like to choose the brand of simplicity for less transformed meats," says Paul.

Another worker said they did not cut the meat of simplicity because it would force them to constantly clean the machine, so that they sell them in packages inside the refrigerator in the Publix Deli.
