More than 1,500 boxes of this food have been recalled to the Joe's Trader
The refrigerated meal could contain allergens of undeclared milk and eggs.
Joe's Trader is known for meals premade, frozen, refrigerant and loans and salads. But if you are a fan, there is a product reminder that you must be aware. Approximately 1,500 south-west potato jumping bowl units could contain undeclared allergens, according to aFDA announcement.
The meal contains a sweet potato, Jicama, Poblano Pepper, Pico de Gallo, grilled corn and black beans. The instructions say heating it on the stove with oil and water. It also comes with a package of lawyer and Cilantro vinaigrette that can contain allergens of undeclared milk and eggs. If someone who is allergic unconsciously eats the dressing, it might cause a fatal reaction. Possible contamination was found after the bowls were shipped to Trader Joe's. "The vinaigrette is located in a pouch found inside the light 21.5 oz. Bowl," says the FDA. "These bowls are sold in the refrigerated section of the store."
The report also indicates that the 1,500 bowls were shipped to 36 Joe trader locations at eight states. They are Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. The recalled bowls have a date of "better by" from 09/23/20, 09/24/20, 09/25/20, 29/09/20 and 29/28/20.
There is no reporting of diseases or injuries from possibly contaminated vinaigrette. The manufacturer, GHSW, LLC., Says that anyone with a recalled bowl can return it for a refund.
