Classic Beef Burger

1 lb of oral beef with lean floor (at least 90%)
3 c. Black pepper marinade (see recipe below)
1 C. Kosher salt tea
4 Gluten free English muffins or burger breads, grilled
1 bifteck tomato, cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 leaves lettuce bibb
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard

• In a large bowl, mix the chopped beef, the black pepper marinade and the salt and let yourself be rest for 10 minutes.
• While the beef marinated, turn on the outer grill or a pan over medium heat.
• Form the beef mixture in 4 cakes and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. The center should be pink and juicy.
• Extend each bread burger toasted with 1/2 tablespoon of ketchup and 1/2 tablespoon of dijon mustard. Place a hamburger on each burger bun grilled background, and garnish with red tomatoes, 2 lettuce leaves and a hamburger.

Black pepper marinade

Yield: 1 cup cooking time: 5 minutes

2 tablespoons of whole coriander seeds
2 spoons with whole black pepper
Entire cumin seeds 1/2 c.
6 garlic cloves, peeled
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and slim sliced
3 shallots, peeled and thin trenches
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup of brown sugar

• Mix coriander seeds, peppers and cumin seeds in a spice grinder or clean coffee grinder up very well.
• Add the remaining ingredients to a small food processor and puree to smooth consistency. Add the ground spices and process to incorporate.

• Keep in a glass jar without BPA in the refrigerator or until a week.
