Companies to avoid: Beijing beef, orange chicken and add fried rice or Chow mein to your meal.

2. Metro 6 "Blt on a 9-grain bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers
The Halo Health Metro is a boon for the sandwich chain, but for all the others, it's pretty problematic. The metro numbers Advertising are only for a 6-inch sub-cheese and do not take into account cheese, mayo, olive oil or any extras that most people present themselves on their substance. Order a 12-inch sandwich with a couple of extras and your "health" suddenly undergoes a torpedo of 800 calories, flowing from the diet. This is the kind of list of ingredients we like to see: simple and delicious. Stack on a side salad and you have a well rounded meal with fewer calories than a double cheeseburger.
Eating this! In the place ofMcDonald's crisp mcwrap chicken southwest with medium fries to save: 695 calories (an entire meal, basically), 27.5 grams of fat and 530 mg sodium!
5. Burger King Hamburger and Apple Slices
Burger King holds the dubious distinction of being insufficient Burger's big joints, but that does not mean that you can not concoct a decent meal. By simply doing 86 years cheese, the hamburger becomes one of the most reliable choices of the fast United Kingdom and BK's fresh apple slices are a delicious but nutritious side. Together, they make a good meal if you have to dine on the dash. Warning: Each Whopper sandwich takes place ranging from 0.5 grams to 4 grams of trans fat. Yikes!

That said, Taco Bell's menu always has a lot of traps, so orderly order. Danger is hidden in muffled burritos, Taco salads and all that with multiple layers.

7. Dunkin 'White White White White White White Turkey Saucy-up wrap
Dunkin 'could be known for his donuts, but the DDSMART menu is the real reason to swing by this place on your way to work. A couple of wake up wraps and a small black iced coffee will give you exactly what you need to stay energized during the morning. Generally, we avoid recommending egg whites, opt for the whole work instead, but trying to keep these meals under 350 calories, we had to bend a little. Do not worry, this meal always delivers 20 grams of hunger fighting proteins. You will certainly not find that in two glazed donuts.
