A day in life: what the CEO of Health-Ade Kombucha eats

Breakfast

I wake up around 6:30. Every morning, if I do not work, and 5:45, if I'm. I need about 90 minutes in total when I stop my alarm when I lacked the door, do not include a workout. I have never been able to skip breakfast - especially not right now when you eat for two. My meal will vary from day to day according to the time and what I have in the fridge, but today, I have four mini-pancakes with yogurt, carrots and mixed apples (I have done Sunday, so all our family hasHealthy snacks) I also bleached a little pure maple syrup on the top. It's just the right amount of fuel I need and also want, so it's a win-win!

I take my water game seriously - I'm already on my third cup of H2O and it's just 10 years old. At the end of the day, I will have about 10 total glasses. As we say, hydration is the key.

Accompanying my water glasses is a tangerine that I eat from the office. It is an easy snack to nibble as I work (no preparation required!), And an extra bonus is the smell of citrus and the fruity aroma it follows. Who does not like this perfume!?

Breakfast

For me,lunch time usually comes around 12 m. I often try to bring home, which means that Sunday is all about the preparation of meals. This Sunday ritual makes the rest of my week a lot easier because it takes me about two minutes to prepare my lunch when it comes time to eat. The last Sunday, I made a great salad that will last until Wednesday!

The pre-pre-prepared recipe of today includes spinach and rainbow chard as a base, with cucumbers, peppers and celery. For the dressing, I choseBalsamic Vinaigrette of Annie. It's absolutely delicious and I find the tasting better than other pre-bottled dressings. I also added in some grilled chicken sausages that I stayed at last night dinner. This pregnancy makes me believe protein at all hours of the day, so before I chatting a photo, I could not help but eat the chicken sausage first! #Sorrynotsorry

Middle snack in the afternoon

And the belly also misunderstands! At that moment (3 p.), I send something sweet. I know that chocolate will do the trick, but in recent times, I wear fruit and organic nuts with me for when a desire for this shot. I chose the grilled chicken with a diving with garlic and garlic, Shirazi salad (Persian and tomato cucumbers), rice basmati, Pita and Tzatziki bread. And to finish everything, I picked myself on some French fries. Nobody ever regrets eating some fries!

End of the night

When I go home, I drink a large glass of water with lemon and I also have a dried prup. It's important to stay steady, so I took some tips on how to do that.
