Sunrise Sandwich with Turkey, Cheddar and Guacamole Recipe

It's so good, you'll run to the kitchen as soon as you wake up to make one.

We are firm believers in the splendors of theMcMuffin original egg, with a lot of the other ready-to-eatbreakfast sandwiches who followed in his wake. But all portable breakfast bites are not so virtuous because many of them are flooded with excessive carbohydrates and grease. And even the McMuffin can be greatly improved, what we do exactly what we do here, subbing in skinny Turkey for the Canadian bacon, adding a tomato rich in lycopene and crowning it all with a healthy guacamole propagation.

The English muffin is the best of allbreakfast bread, and none is better than aThomas multi-grain multi-grain muffin. Each muffin contains only 100 calories and packs in an amazing 8 grams of fibers - just as much as you find in three apples. It provides the ideal base for so many types of pocket breakfast sandwiches you do not want to miss. Here are some to try:

  • Smoked salmon with tomato and lawyer
  • Scrambled eggs with ham, American cheese and spinach
  • Peanut Butter with banana and honey slices
