As much as I like sweets and I am often called the Queen of Candy, I am also passionate about health and well-being. I have read a lot of nutrition books, attend seminars on holistic life and enjoy learning about how to live a long and balanced life. My philosophy is all in moderation - I take a point to continue moving and doing exercise, but I also know that everything is fine to enjoy treats.

Overall, I tend to graze and eat small meals every 2.5 to 3 hours to keep my blood glucose balanced and my energized body. And I always start my day with water - I try to drink about three liters of alkaline water a day.
