Chicken salad sandwich with light and tasty

Who said a chicken salad should be drowned in Mayo to be tasty?

You will need

3 c. Soup raisins of gold
3 chicken chicken cups
2 celery stems, finely decided
1/2 onion, diced
1 carrot, shredded

1/4 cup of miyonal olive oil
Black salt and pepper
4 great leaves of lettuce (Romaine, iceberg or something else)
8 slices of whole grain bread or halved muffins, grilled

How to do it

  2. Add chicken, celery, onion, carrot, curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the lettuce leaves on 4 slices of bread, then garnish with tomatoes, chicken salad and remaining bread.
