Coronavirus precautions you need to take

The plan for preparing a virus has been "viral" online, here is what it recommended.

Dr James Robb, MD, FCAP, distributed an email that we think is the healthiest board of what you can do to prevent the propagation of coronavirus. Eat this, not that! The health heard with you here; Please share with everyone you know:

When I was a teacher of pathology at the University of California San Diego, I was one of the world's first molecular virologists working on coronaviruses (the 1970s). I was the first to demonstrate the number of genes that the virus contained. Since then, I have followed the coronavirus field and its multiple clinical transfers in the human population (for example, SARS, MERS), different animal sources.

Current projections for its expansion in the United States are probable only continuously insufficient global data, but it is very likely to be widespread in the United States by mid-March and April. Here is what I did and the precautions I take and that I will take. These are the same precautions I am currently serving during our influenza seasons, with the exception of the mask and gloves.

1

Not tomorrow

Use a fist bump, a light bow, an elbow bump, etc.

2

Use only your articulation

... to touch the light switches. Lift buttons, etc. Lift the fuel dispenser with a paper towel or use a disposable glove.

3

Open doors with your closed fist or your hip

Do not enter the handle with your hand, unless there is no other way to open the door. Especially important on the bathroom and commercial doors.

4

Use disinfectant wipes

... In the stores when they are available, including the wiping of the handle and the child seat in grocery carts.

5

Wash your hands with soap

Refuge

... for 10-20 seconds and / or use an alcohol-based hand disinfectant greater than 60% every time you come homeall Activity that involves locations in which other people have been.

6

Keep a bottle of disinfectant

Hand sanitizer
Refuge

... available to each of the entrances of your home. And in your car for use after getting gas or touch other contaminated objects when you can not wash your hands immediately.

7

Cough or sneeze into a disposable fabric

... and throw. Use your elbow only if you have to do it. The clothes of your elbow will contain an infectious virus that can be transmitted for a week or more!

8

Use disposable latx or nitrily latex gloves

Refuge

... for use when you go shopping, using the fuel pump and all other outdoor activities when you enter into contact with contaminated areas. Note: This virus is extended in large droplets in coughs and sneezing. This means that the air will not infect you!Corn All surfaces where these droplets land are infectious for about one week on average - all that is associated with infected people will be contaminated and potentially infectious. The virus is on surfaces and you will not be infected unless your unprotected face is directly coughing or sneezed. This virus has only cell receptors for pulmonary cells (it does not infect your lungs). The only way for the virus to infect you is through your nose or mouth via your hands or cough infected or sneezing on your nose or mouth.

9

Store now on disposable surgical masks

... and use them to prevent you from touching your nose and / or your mouth. (We touch our nose / mouth 90 times a day without knowing it!) This is the only way to do that this virus can infect you - it is lung specific. The mask will not prevent the virus into a direct eternate to enter your nose or mouth - it is only to prevent you from touching your nose or mouth.

10

Store now on hand disinfectants

... and latx / nitrile gloves (get the appropriate sizes for your family). Hand disinfectants should be based on alcohol and greater than 60% alcohol to be effective.

11

Store now with zinc pellets

Vitamin C and Zinc Lozenges, food supplement
Refuge

These pellets have proved effective for blocking coronavirus (and most viruses) to multiply your throat and nasopharynx. Use as shown several times a day when you start to feelall "Cold" symptoms starting. It is better to lie down and let the diamond dissolve in the back of the throat and nasopharynx. Cold-Eeze Lozenges is an available brand, but there are other brands available.

One last word

Like many others do, hope that this pandemic will be reasonably contained, cornPersonally, I do not think it will be. Humans have never seen this virus associated with the snake before and have no internal defense against it. Efforts around the world are deployed to understand the molecular and clinical virus of this virus. Incredible molecular knowledge on genomics, the structure and virulence of this virus have already been achieved. But there will be no Drugs or vaccines available this year to protect us or limit infection in us. Only symptomatic support is available.

I hope these personal thoughts will be useful during this potentially catastrophic pandemic. Good luck to all of us!

And live your happiest and healthiest life, do not miss these 100 ways your home can make you sick .
