I'm all about thedinners of the sheet! I mean, how could you not? All you have to do is place the ingredients in a pan, turn them off in some oil and seasoned sentences, and roasted to perfection! One of my favorite combinations to do? This panoramic BBQ chicken dinner 5 ingredients!

When you learn how easy it is to do, I am almost convinced that you will want it all the time. You simply place the ingredients in the pan, add all the necessary seasonings and sauces and roast in the oven at 400 degrees.

While this combination is one of my favorites, you could really try a combination you desire. Not a fan of broccoli? Try adding asparagus, Brussels sprouts or green beans. Do not like the sweet potato? Roast a few bits of regular potatoes or chickpeas or florets of cauliflower! And if you do not want BBQ chicken, try grilling steak or salmon. However, keep in mind that thesemeat does not require as long in the oven chicken.Steak probably needs a Pan-Sear before going to the oven andSalmon Should take only 8-10 minutes of roasting to not dry!

Ingredients

1 pound chicken leg or thigh
2 cups broccoli flower
1 sweet potato
Barbecue sauce, your choice
Olive oil

How to do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add it to one side of the PAN sheet.
  3. Add broccoli middle and coat with olive oil.
  4. Add the chicken feet in remaining side of the pan and brush on the barbecue sauce.
  5. Roast in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is done officially.
  6. Before serving, brush a second layer of barbecue sauce to chicken.
