Blackberry Sangria of Copycat Carrabba

Why travel all the way from Carrabba for a Happy Hour when you can enjoy a glass of BlackBerry Sangria at home?

The menu can be abundant in the Italian grill of Carrabba, but there are some signed dishes - andcocktails-What customers love to order. Some are obsessed with theirBryan chickenAnd other people can not help but order a glass of the famous Blackberry Sangria de Carrabba. Customers do not seem to have enough, so I decided to make my own version at home. Because what better way to spend a happy hour with a cold glass of Blackberry Sangria?

Blackberry Sangria de Carrabba needs a dry and daring red wine

Beuse Sangria is an authentic Spanish cocktail, it makes sense to mix it with a Spanish red wine. I strongly recommend catching a tempranillo for that. However, if you are a fan of a Sauvignon Cabernet, it will work well. To be fairly honest, the first time I made this Blackberry Sangria, I had only one taxi available to use and it was always delicious.

You can cut the sugar with some simple stuff

While Sangria is a fun cocktail to enjoy Happy Hour, he can be loaded with hidden sugars. Between juice, simple syrup, and even the fruit, Sangria tends to be higher in sugar compared to other cocktails or a glass of wine.

However, I found that you can reduce the sugar content and you will always get the BlackBerry Sangria taste of Carrabba as follows:

  • Use a monk-based sugar sugar syrup. My favorite isSwoon!
  • Find a simple juice that has no additives, such as Santa Cruz juice. TheirCranberry nectar juice is made with 100% cranberries and nothing else.

This sangria has a secret ingredient

Well, if you read the specific menu description on the Carrabba website, it's not that secret after all. Carrabba's admits that their famous Blackberry Sangria has a hint of vanilla, which adds a softer and softer flavor to sangria compared with audacious red wine and citrus fruits. This recipe adds a half-spoon to vanilla, which gives it a taste of exquisite Carraba Blackberry sangria.
