Healthy chocolate cake recipe and carbohydrates

Ingredients
Made 8 servings
olive oil spray
Semi-marker chocolate of 6 oz (chips or bar)
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup granulated sugar
3 big eggs
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (non-alcaliated)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ c. TSP SEL Kosher
Fresh bays for filling
How to do it
1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
2. Slightly spray a 7-inch threaded pot with a removable background, or a 7 to 8 inches spring pan with an olive oil spray. Align the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and vaporize the paper.
3. Melt the chocolate in a small pan on a low heat with maple syrup. Once melted, add the sugar and stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
4. Take the saucepan of heat and whip in the eggs one at a time.
5. Shuffle the cocoa powder with a sieve and a whisk in the egg and chocolate mix. Make sure there are no pieces. Add vanilla and salt and mix well.
6. Pour the dough into the prepared pan and cook your cooking for 25 minutes or until the company is firm at the touch.
7. Transfer the cake pan into a cooling rack to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
8. Cut the cake into 8 slices and garnish with fresh berries. Serve hot or at room temperature.
