The new TECH Giant Palm Player is eliminating the need for checkout, credit cards, applications and any other time.
If you want a glimpse of the future ofgrocery store It looks like, take a look at Amazon One,Amazon Last technological launch. It is a "biometric identification system of the reading palm" -aka the ability to pay grocery stores with the sweep of your palm.
The new innovation was presented earlier this week at two Amazon Going convenience store locations in Seattle, according toApple News. Essentially, the process consists of connecting to a small kiosk to analyze your palm, which is then adapted to your credit card and your cell phone number.Make your own hand a contactless payment method. (You can also connect your "Palm's signature" to your main Amazon account to see and review your last purchases made with ... your palm.)
Of course, this is perfect for the configuration of Amazon Go, given the convenience store conceptzero Cash counter and is remarkably transparent to navigate by design (as in, the following cameras and scanners that the items you take and that you save you to charge you). By using Amazon One, a simple wave of your hand on a scanner at the exit is everything you need to pay for your purchase. (In touch:8 grocery items that can soon be in the short diet.)
To say that this will revolutionize the way we buy groceries, food and countless other objects and experiences is a euphemism. And, in this current environment in which to enter and exit the grocery store as quickly as possible is the biggest concern, Amazon One could not fall at a better hour.
"The inscription took less than a minute, because Amazon promised, and the gateway recognized my palm almost instantly, letting me enter the store", writesGeekwire's Todd Bishop, who had the chance to test an Amazon.
"Without getting away from my pocket to identify me or not pay - no need to unlock a smartphone or fishing a credit card from a wallet from the window to the sidewalk tablet easily taken less than one minute."
At present, Amazon One is only available at the two Amazon Go sites of Seattle, reports Apple News. But, the company has major projects for this technology, including the opening of other companies so that it can be used to go shopping in admission to live events.
For now, it's just exciting to think about how this can completely change the grocery store and the food shopping experience. No waiting in the crate, no cash or fishing manipulation to your credit card, no finking with defective card ships ... just walk, wave and promenade.
