Spicy Waspy Cabbage Browns

Crisp and healthy can indeed be one and the same.

Ingredients

4 cups of cauliflower cabbage
1 1/4 Mixing mug of shredded Mexican cheeses
1/2 cup bleached almond flour
1/2 onion, grated
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen and thawed corn kernels
1/4 cup of leaves of fresh chopped coriids
2 large eggs
1 Jalapeño (seeds and rods removed), finely chopped
1 C. Cooking powder
1 CUXTE MOULU CUMIN
1/2 c. Smoked paprika tea
1/4 TSP Chipotle Powder Powder
1/4 c. Sea salt tea
1/4 c. Freshly ground black pepper
Melted butter, to grease the waffle of iron and pan

OPTIONAL TOPLINGS:
6 big eggs
1 lawyer, sliced
Cilantro leaves, for filling
Ketchup, to serve
Salsa, to serve
Sour cream, to serve
Black beans, to serve

How to do it

  1. Preheat the waffle. Preheat the oven at its lowest temperature to keep the brown chopped warm when working through the dough.
  2. Bring a thumb of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Place the cauliflower in a steam basket on boiling water. Cover and steam the florets for 5 minutes, until I drilled easily with a fork. Transfer the florets to a culinary robot and process up to a minced one meal.
  3. Transfer the meal to a sleek and thin dish towel or a piece of cheese. Let cool. Working on the sink, pull the corners of the towel together and take out the excess liquid. Place the meal in a big bowl.
