Tiramisu is likeguacamole andPizza: It's hard to have a really bad version. Yet our personal favorites are always really memorable, leaving a lasting impression on our mind and our stomach. Nevertheless, the basic ingredients of a ticrammais (like confectioner sugar, whipped cream, anddark chocolate, Just to name a few) are so fundamentally delicious, even a poorly prepared interpretation is always satisfactory. Unfortunately, this rule does not keep true for nutritional virtue, which tends to suffer from reverse proportion to the deliciousness of a given tiramisu.
This healthier version blocks this trend, abandoning the components of high calorie -egg yolks And mascarpone-in favor of lighter treatment of beaten egg whites and whipped cream cheese for an approach that produces ethereal treatment, but still rich and satisfying. Go ahead and lie in our homemade version, and it could become your new personal favorite of classic Tiramisu.
