Ranch flavored vegetable chips in a fryer
A tasty punch plus 15 minutes of frying time is equivalent to gastronomic chips.
Veggie fries are one of those perfect foods to do in your air fryer. They will turn up with perfection without becoming soggy or soaked in oil. In addition, it's a great way to add more vegetables to your diet when you are suddenly struck with a crunchy-salty desire. We used zucchini, sweet potatoes and beets for this recipe, but other root vegetables also work. Then, simply add a ranch flavor and a seasoning for a truly camouflaged healthy snack!
Pro Council: Use a mandolin for precise ultra-thin slices (you will never get the same results with a knife). Just be very careful because a mandolin is a very powerful and sharp tool.
