St. Nick Night Night Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
For honey syrup
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 hot water
For cocktail
1/2 oz. pomegranate juice
1/4 oz. lemon juice
4 sage leaves
1 C. honey syrup
3/4 oz. triple
1/4 oz. Brandy pear (or apple brandy)
1 1/2 oz. Gin
How to do it
- Make honey syrup, combine honey and hot water in a mason pot. Seal and shake about 10 seconds, or until slightly foaming.
- Desces of a grenade and place a handful of pomegranate seeds in a glass. Confuse seeds until the juice is released.
- Add 1/2 oz. Granada juice in a cocktail shaker, with a 1/4 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add 3 sage sheets to the glass and slightly confuse / press repeatedly to become scented.
- Add into honey syrup, triple sec, pear brandy and gin.
- Place ice cubes in your shaker and shake for at least 8 to 10 seconds. If you use a mason pot, you will want to shake about 14 to 15 seconds.
- Suffer the cocktail in a coupe glass or a cocktail cup.
- Take the last leaf of sage in your hand and give it a little slap to free the sage flavor. Garnish on your drink and serve!
Eating this! advice
Arnold recommends using Cointreau as triple second for this drink because it is known to have the lowest sugar content compared to any other triple dry on liquor shelves. It also highly recommends using a brandy of pear, but Apple Brandy works well if that's what you can find.
