Made 6-8 servings
Ingredients
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 clove garlic, minced
3 fresh basil leaves, thin chopped
1/4 € TER Organo Dried
1/4 c. Trette pepper black
1/4 c. TSP red pepper flakes
5 oz. Feta cheese block
Whole wheat pita or fresh vegetables, to serve
How to do it
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a secure bake dish, add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, pepper and red pepper flakes. Incorporate until tomatoes are entirely coated.
- In the center of the dish, add the FETA cheese block. Sprinkle more extra olive oil, herbs and spices to taste.
- Pop in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Save yourself the feta cheese and stir together, breaking the tomatoes to release the juice.
- Increase the oven to 450 degrees. Once the FETA mixture is completely combined, put the dishes back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Once it's done, you're going to park fresh basil and serve the oven dip with wheat pita bread or vegetables - or both!
